The Pacuare river is world famous for its sheer beauty. A true river gorge, it is flanked by steep and green walls. Here you enjoy the feeling of total isolation from urban life and the experience of being connected with nature. You will see waterfall cascade falling into the river from both sides as colorful, tropical birds flying right over your head.

Reventazón River Rafting
Experience the adventure in a quiet rafting special for beginners in Reventazón or Sarapiquí River. These rapids are moderate class II-III. Thus, it is the perfect adventure for families with children.

Canopy Tour
The canopy Tour is a once in a lifetime experience, consisting of sliding in a cable between platforms over the forest. The total length of the wires is more than 2 kms. between 12 platforms. The San Lorenzo Canopy has one of the longest cables in all Central American Canopies with a little more than 700 meters long.

Sarapiquí river trip, horseback riding and canopy
Star your journey of 1 ½ hours to Puerto Viejo de Sarapiqui passing through one of the most exuberant National parks in Costa Rica. You will board a boat to discover the richness of Costa Rica nature along the river, where you will have the opportunity to enjoy the magnificent rain forest and animals like toucans, monkeys, sloths, crocodiles and many other species. Then you will arrive to a private reserve where you will have the choice of reaching the Canopy starting point by horseback or hiking. Each trip between the 15 platforms and the suspension bridge is a unique experience in itself. After such an adrenaline packed two hours, you will be able to enjoy a home-style lunch .
